[MR] Children at events

Greetings all,

I just wanted to make sure that everyone knew some children's event
policies....

If a child is coming to an event with an adult that is not the
parent/guardian, the child MUST have a standard SCA youth waiver signed by
the parent.  That is it.  They are not required to have a notarized document
or any other such paperwork.  While this may be coming soon, as of yet, it
is not in law or policy.
