[MR] Looking for a place to stay in Richmond/Caer Maer

Apologies if this gets posted more than once. I hadn't properly
updated my subscription information, so one copy of this is waiting
for moderator approval (since the list thought I was a
non-subscriber).

I am looking for a place for a friend that doesn't frequent the list,
not for myself.

The lady in question is lady Maude of Burgundy.  She has just accepted
a 6-month contract in Glen Allen, which is due to start on the 16th of
this month.

She would prefer to stay with a SCAdian:
   1) so there is at least some degree of common
   acquaintance & experience,
   2) so the rent she pays will go to someone who needs it instead of
   a residence hotel chain, and
   3) so she won't have to leave her stuff in an unoccupied hotel room
   every weekend.

She is quiet, a non-smoker, is just to sensitive to cats to live with
them (although she loves to visit), and is just looking for a place to
sleep and change clothes 4 or 5 nights a week. She plans to come back
up here (No.VA/Ponte Alto) on weekends.
