Unto the people of Black Diamond and Fair Atlantia do Cuan and Padraigin
send greetings.

We are pleased to announce that the polling for new baronage in Black
Diamond is complete.  It will be our great honor to invest Edwin and Orlando
as the new baron and baroness at Ice Castle on January 25.

We have contacted each of the candidates personally to thank them for their
involvement in the polling.  Additionally, we would like to thank the
populace of Black Diamond for their courteous and thoughtful responses, and
Lady Adrianna Broussard for administering the polling.
