PRE REGISTRATIONS FOR GULF WARS XII ARE DUE BY JANUARY 31ST!!!!!!!

You can fill it out online, but you still must print it out and mail it!!!! Please put "Atlantia" as the group you are camping with.
I know the holdidays are busy for us all, but don't forget to get that reservation in and don't forget to drop me a line with all the following for each member in your group:

Mundane Name
SCA Name
Date Arriving
Tent style and foot print
What local group you are from(Barony, Caton, etc.)

Also remember if you have a household, Barony, or some other group that wants to all be together, please have one person coordinate with me so that we can make sure you are camping next to one another.
IF you decide to go after the pre-registration deadline and would like to camp with Atlantia, please contact me. We may still have some room for you.
