[MR] REMINDER: Arts and Sciences Competition/Feast of St. Fortunatus

Just a reminder that the Feast of St. Fortunatus is quickly approaching. For
those gentles interestes:
The Barony
of Caer Mear will be hosting an Arts and Sciences competition, the theme being
“The
Written Word,” This shall include calligraphy, illumination, poetry, song
lyrics, etc.

There will be two classifications: Beginner/Novice and Experienced. Please
feel free to enter whichever category you feel most comfortable in.

Judging will based on the follow criteria: documentation, authenticity,
complexity, workmanship, creativity, and judges decision. Prizes will be
awarded for both classifications. There will also be an area set up for
General Display for those wishing to show their talents.

Entries for the competition and general display must be registered no later
than 11:00 am.

NOTE: Anyone whom has contacted me and is still interested in judging, please
see me BEFORE 11:00 am on Saturday morning.
