Greetings, fellow denizens of the Merry Rose.

It has been a while since I have had anything constructive or useful to say
in this forum (although regrettably that has not kept me silent), so here
goes. The Poeta Atlantiae web site at
http://poeta.atlantia.sca.org/index.html
has been updated, and new pages are being added for each Barony and other
group for bardic poetry from each group. Problem is, I can't have the pages
added if I have nothing to put on them. So far, only Ponte Alto and Caer
Mear are represented. Click the Bardic Poetry link at the bottom of the
links list on the left of any page in the site to access these works.
(Actually, these pages have been there for weeks. Now, finally, I have
forwarded the works to our poetic web mistress, so they are empty no more!
The fault was mine, not hers.)

My hope is that, before much time goes by, many more groups will be
represented in these pages. I am unable to travel widely in the Kingdom due
to mundane concerns, so I am very interested in using this forum so we can
all get to know distant groups better. So, as I have said before, get your
bards in gear, and send me works about your group's history, activities,
famous subjects, or other topics.

And don't forget the University in February in Isenfir. There is a full
track of poetry classes and a few extra, and a track of performance classes
as well. Hope to see many of you there.
