[MR] moderator approval?

I notice this as well -- for the past several months, actually.  Only I don't 
post to this list often enough to bother me much.

The reason given for awaiting moderator approval is always the subject 
heading.  Is there any way this can get fixed?  The last message I posted to 
the list took almost 3 days to post.
