[MR] Non-member surcharge

I have a suggestion for folks who don't want to pay the non-member surcharge
at events: join. Get an associate membership for $20.00. Go to ten events,
save $30.00. Go to Pennsic, save $20.00 more. Are those benefits tangible
enough for me? You betcha!

If you aren't happy with the Board's decision (three years in the making),
write to them. If you have ideas for more appropriate ways to earn revenue
for the corporation, I'm sure they'd love to hear them.
