[MR] Newcomers kit question.

Generally we ask that you have a newcomer in mind but
I did say that we  would give it to the Gold Key if
you did not have a newcomer in mind so I think we'll
probably keep to that rule.  I believe my initial post
said the entrant would choose which Gold Key it would
go to at the event site.

Here's hoping you can find a newcomer but don't let
that discourage you from entering.
