[MR] Fees for membership and events

   I've been reading the Grand Council list and one of the suggestions that
came up intrigued me. The BoD did direct that each Kingdom would be
responsible for gathering and sending on the funds to the Corporation. One
suggestion given on the GC list was that a one dollar surcharge be levied
across the board (to all adults) at events. I'm wondering if that would
cover the anticipated amount and would be more acceptable to members of the
Kingdom?
   Not knowing general numbers of non-member attendees vs member attendees,
it's rather difficult to guess at, but I thought the idea merited
exploration - and our own "new law" would help us learn the ratio before the
Jan 1 deadline.
