[MR] update to the flier for Celtic Cattle Raids

Greetings Atlantia,

The following site is the up dated flier for the event known as Celtic
Cattle Raids

The reason I put ths out is because flier in the Acorn and the flier linked
off the Atlantia Calendar page don't have a fraction of the information on
the above page.

We have been updating the flier and it is too late to update the Acorn, etc

So put on your best Celtic garb and come and steal cattle!
