	Hmmm.  He didn't come up with a better suggestion than the ones they 
said they were considering, so it is rude for him to complain when they 
implement one that they didn't say was on the table.  That doesn't sound 
right.

	So, if they had decided to (try to) fund the corporate shortfall by 
charging anyone with a non-European or Post-1600 personna, say, $3 extra 
to get into events or to register their name, someone would be wrong to 
complain about it? I don't think so.
