The deadline for taking comments regarding the proposed heraldry change for
the Queen is August 31, 2002.  If you haven't commented and are interested,
there is still time.  The commentary form can be downloaded from
http://herald.atlantia.sca.org/  however the form does state that comments
will be accepted in any format so you could probably email your comments to
herald at atlantia.sca.org as another option.
