[MR] Scheduled Server Outage 8/22

I figured I'd actually announce a outage before it happens <GRIN>

There will be a brief outage of the Kingdom Server tomorrow
afternoon/evening while a hardware upgrade is performed.  Expected outage is
2 hours at max.

I will notify ya'll if there is any change.  Please distribure this message
among your local lists.
