According to Kingdom Law listed in July 2002 Acorn:

6.1.2 All events held in the Kingdom of Atlantia must
include a minimum $3 discount on admission fee for
paid members of the Society 18 years of age or older. 

Event fees for those under the age of 18 must be
determined seperately.

I take that to mean the law is in effect.  That this
is not taken under corporate's name, but in the name
of the Kingdom.
