[MR] update for Coronation from the troll

Greetings to All from Eogan mac Ailpein, Troll for Cuan and Padraigin's
Coronation,


NOTE: Please pass this infomation on to all SCA email lists that you think
would be appropriate.

Let me make several statements,

1) It's not a reservation unless I get a check.

2) As you know the new $3 fee for non-members is in force.  So unless Master
Corwin tells me otherwise I will card everyone.  If you do not have proof of
membership with you at Troll when you arrive you will pay the $3 fee.  I am
not trying to be harsh.  This is out of my hands.

When you send me your reservations it does no good to give me your
membership number because that only proves you were once a member.  It does
not proof you are currently a member.  You need to bring a current
membership card, a current Acorn, etc. to avoid the $3 fee.

Really this is not my idea I just have to enforce it. I love you all,
really. :-)

3) The child cut off is 12 years old so, 0 to 5 is free, 6 to 12 is reduced
price, and 13 to 199 is full price, 200+ is free.

4) The non-member fee does not apply to children or infants.

5) I have noticed that many of you have not put your email address with your
reservation which is ok, however, if you give me your email address I will
send you an email to verify that I received your check.

6) As of 00:48 est on Tuesday August 20, 2002, there are 80
pre-registration, 75 of which are on-board.  HRM is serving 150 gentles
on-board, so we are half way there.
