The autocrat of Royal Hunt (Coronation of Cuan and Padraigin) sends
greetings and a welcome back from war!

The weekend of Their Royal Majesty’s Grand Hunt fast approaches. If
you have not yet reserved your space, please send in your
reservations. Reservation information, including pricing is available
at the Coronation web site http://coronation.atlantia.sca.org.
Remember that your admission includes a Friday night hospitality, as
well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday.

The hall is large enough to provide some off board seating at feast.
Please contact the reservationist if you would like to request off
board seating.

Thanks to Lady Louisa O’Reilly there will be an open A&S Display for
those who do not wish to participate in the Tempore Atlantia.

Due to some hard work done by some members of the SCA for the local
Venturing program, the local Boy Scout council has provided us this
site for this one time only at no charge to the SCA. We will be
collecting donations at the door for those who wish to help us thank
the scouts for their generosity.

Finally, some reminders about the site. There will be a group of
scouts using the other side of the camp that weekend. We have invited
them to come over and watch our activities, so if scouts approach
you, please be courteous as we are their guests.

The site is camping only – there are no cabins. 

The local scout council does not permit pets on the grounds. 

Finally, as a reminder, under national Boy Scout of America policy,
this is a dry site.
