The following business was conducted at the Court of their Excellencies
Iacopo and Lucia in their encampment during the Pennsic War, 13 August, 2002

Their Excellencies welcomed all and thanked everyone for their trek to the
great war.

His Excellency presented Robert Maccuswell with his personal token for his
work as Pennsic Camp Steward.

Their Excellencies presented the Purple Kittyhawk Heart to
  Sir Rodrigo Falcone and
  Lady Eilis Ballagh
for the sacrificing of their bodies to the war effort.

Lady Cassia (Formerly of Buckston-on-Eno) was made an Honorary member of
the Barony of Windmasters' Hill.

Their Excellencies did then bestow The Cat's Meow to:
  Heinrich of Windmasters' Hill
  Elsie of Windmasters' Hill
  Magdelana of Windmasters' Hill and
  Helwyn Ivelchild
for their dedication and assistance to their excellencies and the Barony while
at Pennsic.

The most Noble Order of the Kittyhawk was then welcomed into court to greet
its two newest members:
  Lady Adriana la Brettone
  Hugo of Attillium

Her Excellency did then bestow upon:
  Bragita di Napoli
a personal token for her work as her Excellency's Lady in waiting at the War.

Their Excellencies did then call into court:
  Magdelana of Windmasters' Hill and
  Felix of Kappellenberg
Whom were both presented with the Dormant Kittyhawk for their mastery of the
skill of falling asleep anywhere at any time.

The most worthy Order of the Tempest was then asked into court to greet:
  Refkell Melrakki Einarsson
As their newest Companion to that Order.

Her Royal Highness Atlantia, Princess Padraigin, then asked to open her
own court. Her Highness thanked everyone for coming to support their Kingdom
and the Midrealm at the War. She also thanked all of the Atlantian Waterbearers
and Chirurgeons who are assisting at the war and asked that anyone who is able
volunteer as there was a shortage.

Countess Kyneburh, Kingdom Chirurgeon, Atlantia, was then called into her
Highnesses' Court. Her Excellency asked to Address the Populace and extolled
the Virtues of the Windmasters' Hill Waterbearers and Chirurgeonate. She stated
that Windmasters' Hill has the highest, by far, number of Waterbearers in the
Kingdom.

Here ends the Court of Her Highness Atlantia.

Master Efenwealt Wystle was summoned into their Excellencies presence and
was asked to entertain the Populace. After some consideration, he lead those
in attendance (around 100 people) in the singing of "Fair Lady Atlantia."

With his Highness present, their Excellencies, again, summoned their Order of
the Tempest to welcome:
  Lady Eilis Ballagh
into their august order.

Master Efenwealt was then asked to take the stage and lead the assemby in
"I Really Like Atlantia" followed closely by the beginning of the "Atlantian
Blood Song."

With the Arrival of her Majesty, Their Excellencies Court was closed.

As a Post Script to this Windmasters' Hill Court Report, Her Majesty did open
her own court and summon before her:
  Baroness Lucia Bellini
She did then ask her to sit Vigil in contemplation of becoming a member of the
most worthy Order of the Laurel.

(Apologies to everyone for the typos. If you have name corrections, please let
me know. I got back late last night and did this on little sleep. I figured
most folks would want to know. Also, noting that WH's camp was right beside
Calontir Royal made the singing of "I Really Like Atlantia" a hoot!)
