	This is in error.  The $3 surcharge approved by the Board of 
Directors at the July 20 Board meeting in Ponte Alto does NOT take 
effect until Jan 1, 2003.  The Board is not even planning on reviewing 
the procedures they ordered established until the October Board meeting!

	Any attempt to charge a surcharge in the Corporation's name before 
that date is, at best, mistaken.
