[MR] prizes awarded by guilds for A & S competitions

Hello to everyone in Atlantia.

With the blessing of Kateryn Rous, our Kingdom MOAS, I would like to 
encourage the guilds and other organizations of Atlantia -- both 
kingdom-level and barony-level -- to sponsor prizes at arts and sciences 
competitions, especially at the annual Kingdom A & S Festival.  This will 
provide a lot of fun encouragement to the artisans of the kingdom!   I would 
also like to instigate a People's Choice Award.

The TAG Team (Textile Arts Guild) of the Barony of Bright Hills has already 
stepped up and will offer an award for the best textile something (details 
are still being worked out!) at next year's KA&SF.  All Atlantian guilds and 
organizations are challenged to follow this lead.
