Hello to the populace of the Kingdom of Atlania.

I am currently putting together a much-needed roster of judges for Atlantian 
arts and sciences competitions.  One of the biggest problems that autocrats 
in this kingdom face is finding judges, so I am working with Kateryn Rous, 
the kingdom MOAS, on this project to help solve this problem  Everyone is 
encouraged to consider participating in this project by returning the
