Gosh,  
	I just love misinformation.  (not you Rupert).  There was no recent
Atlantian incident.  The incident in question was about 5 years ago and
happened from a conehead that was shot at the head at a relatively short
range.  

	While I personally think that the Baldar is overkill for the rapier
field, it's interesting to see that someone will ban a thing because of one
incident (reported incorrectly). 

	Oh well, it's not hurting my feelings any, it's just amusing.

	I cc'd Tessa.  Rupert would you please forward back to anyone who
ought to know?
