[MR] Better than Rubbermaid?

Tool Dip is this stuff you can buy either in a can with a lid, or an aerosol 
spray.  It's basically liquid plastic that hardens onto whatever you apply 
it to.  Commonly available at auto parts stores.  It was originally (at 
least, when I ran into it) used to put a grippable surface on the handles of 
tools that didn't have rubber grips on them.  It comes in at least three 
colors:  red, black, and green.
