[MR] Would Ceaser Believe This?

My Lords and Ladies:

As many of you know, the Shire of Hindscroft has been planning an event this
October 20th, called Would Ceaser Believe This?. For those who may have been
planning to attend from the many parts of the Kingdom, it is my sad duty to
inform all and sundry that the event has been postponed until next spring.
The Autocrat had, quite simply, run out of time on several issues. While she
could have fixed them and run the event on time, she felt it would have been
rushed. Rather than do the event  and have it suffer, she recomended to the
Shire that we put it off untill next spring.

We apologise for any inconvience and invite all to look for "Would Ceaser
Believe This?" next spring.
