[MR] new judging form

Karen Larsdottir has kindly posted on the MoAS website
a pdf version of the prototype judging form to be used
at Kingdom A&S Festival.  The form on line is for the
Costuming/Needle Arts category; each of the 5 major
categories will have their own, slightly modified,
judging form.

I am determined to have things finalized and in the
mail to local MoAS on Oct. 1st. (I can dream, can't
I?) I welcome specific commentary on this judging form
from  the populace.  In particular, are the point
descriptions too detailed, not detailed enough,
unclear in meaning, etc...
