[MR] HTML nonsense and other disappointments

Gentle Atlantians,

I've been in this kingdom for a matter of months, and hoped to learn more of 
this, my new kingdom, by subscribing to the list serve.  I admit that I have 
found out what some of the burning issues facing this KINGDOM are by careful 
sifting of posts, but largely what appears is barely disguised flame-wars with 
the only SCA related content is the name of the poster.

Of course I realize that sometimes we are faced with issues much larger than 
our group that we have to discuss in this forum; but honestly, is the format of 
an e-mail really important enough to discuss for more than a week?

Perhaps we need another list meant for SCA-related business only.  As I said 
before, however, I'm still a newcomer to these parts and my advice might not be 
of consequence.  I apologize if I did discomfit anyone with my slow-wit and 
assure you it is submitted with no malice.
