Unto All;

	I believe a culmination point has arrived in the evolution of mankind
and the world political scene has arrived. As loose students of History,
most of us have voiced the opinion that governments, societies and
peoples have evolved in beneficial manners over the last several
thousand years. I feel it is time to outlaw and shun governments or
organizations based on religious ideologies. When a body can sanction
and support attacks against civilians and children based on a difference
in beliefs, that body is no longer eligible to participate in the
affairs of state of the Human race. Standing up to and attacking the
military of your oppressors is justified. Attacks against citizen
populations is utterly wrong. These groups must be rooted out and ended
by law and social customs in all lands of the planet. I make no
distinctions or limit no creed here. I speak of the Irish who attack and
bomb civilians and work outside the negotiative and economic structure.
I speak of the Basques who have recently started realizing the votes and
money influence more than bombs. I will even condemn the Greenpeace
members who bomb ships and the american religious zealots who kill
doctors and bomb clinics. Terror against civilians and the right to kill
those who do not agree with you have been mainstays of the Old Testament
governments of the Middle East on ALL sides of the argument. These
entities have proven that they are not mature or civilized enough to
respect individual liberties or to be a member of the world governments.
It is indeed time to go back to the concept of establishing
protectorates in areas of the world that are not yet ready to govern
themselves, under civilized and accepted terms.
