Greetings to my many friends on the Merry Rose!

Many of you know of my mundane(truly, sometimes) job with a national 
ISP.  Sadly, emergency memorandums have already reached my desk 
concerning fraud perpetrated on a caring internet community wishing to 
donate to relief agencies.  Our fraud and security unit has already been 
contacted by authorities pursuing issues of bogus pages at downstream 
providers, resembling those of well known entites, set up to steal your 
Credit Card numbers.  I do not believe they intend for the money to 
reach victims, their families, or the relief agencies they claim to support.

Please use your interent wisely and carefully.  Our society, too,  has 
its share of individuals of uncommon temperance and questionable ethics. 
 Make sure you visit a well known and national site.  Further, take care 
to make sure you have not been redirected and that your connection uses 
secure transmission protocols.
