The Atlantian Heralds list is on yahoogroups (groups.yahoo.com).

The address of the list is "AtlantianHeralds at yahoogroups.com".

Anyone may join the list.  Although most of us are heralds, there are 
out-of-kingdom heralds and also interested non-heralds.

Or you can post your heraldic questions on the Merry Rose.  There are 
several heralds on this list, too.
