My Lords and Ladies:

As of 8:20 p.m. this evening...

-  The first seating of feast is full.

-  There are 70 seats remaining for second seating (7:30 p.m.)  NOTE: 
There are a few fast food places and restuarants in the area and outdoor
picnic tables on site for those who wish to bring their own food)

(Any feast space not claimed by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday will be sold).

-  There are only 20 cabin spaces remaining.

-  Pavilion space is extremely limited.  If you have not pre-registered,
pavilion space will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.   

-  If you are a merchant and you have not preregistered, notify the
reservationist (e-mail address below) immediately.  If you have not
preregistered, merchanting space will be granted on a first come, first
serve basis.

-  You DO NOT need to preregister if you are day-tripping.  Just pay at
the door! 

Please contact our reservationist, Lady Margery Winterborne at
skhorst51 at aol.com if you would like to claim one of the remaining cabin
or feast spaces of if you are planning on bringing a pavilion (we will
need the measurements including ropes).
As of 8:40 p.m. hotel rooms are still available at the Comfort Inn in
Dahlgren.  They can be reached at (540) 663-3060.

-  If you plan on arriving on Saturday morning be advised that Heavy and
Rapier authorizations begin at 9:00 a.m.  Their current Majesties last
court begins at 10:00 a.m.
immediately followed by the Coronation of Galmr and Aryanna!
