A small reminder that text-only browsers are not the same as text-only
email.  HTML browsers are great for surfing the net, but I prefer a
text-only mode in my mail program.  It makes the downloads a lot faster, and
I really have no desire to clutter up my screen and pack my mailbox with
superfluous stationery and graphics.  I suspect many people feel the same
way.

For those of you who cannot understand the difficulties some people are
having with HTML messages, I urge you to subscribe, just for a few days, to
the digest form of any of your email lists.  You will very quickly see why
some people become incredibly frustrated.
