[MR] movement to change the anthem

Of more concern to me than what is the best anthem is that so few folks seem
to even know the words of the first verses of the "traditional" patriotic
songs.  Once upon a time (yes quite a few decades ago) these songs were
standard music class fare.

Sad to think folks will not know them.  I try by helping my daughters sing
them but noticed at the front yard candlelight vigils Friday that quite a
few did not.  Maybe this is a time to hum them or sing them on the way to
work.....
