No, we don't.  Not yet.  We thought we knew who was
responsible for the Oklahoma City bombings as well. 
Of *course* it was Osama bin-Laden's people.

Then it turned out to be two Americans.  It's
something to keep in mind as we wait for concrete
evidence.
