[MR] Where's August's LoI?

According to discussion on the Atlantian Heralds list, publication of those
results here is being delayed until after curia at the request (command?)
of their highnesses. It was said that their highnesses wanted knowledge of
certain submissions withheld until then. One could reasonably infer that
events at curia will clarify this.

Attendees at the August meeting have stated to me that they were commanded
by Triton not to speak of these submissions before curia.

Sources who have received the Letter of Intent in the mail have indicated to
me that there are six order names on the letter.

Conch
Ibis
Narwhal
Nereid
Manatee
Opal

Nothing on the letter indicates the intended use of these orders, but such
is not required there.

One item on the tentative agenda for curia is making the White Scarf an
Order of High Merit (grant bearing, in other words). 

I have attempted here to present just the facts. Opinions will appear
under separate cover.
