[MR] War College - The Day After

My congratulations to you and your staff.  You did an
excellent job and there were bunches of happy students
milling around and enjoying the weekend in spite of
the intermittent rain.

I had some suggestions about the placement of signs
but I'll write you privately.

Please do this event again.  I could tell everybody
was enjoying themselves.
