[MR] Lochmere Arrow

I do not believe Lochmere randomly started calling the Golden Arrow, the
Lochmere Arrow.  Although I cannot remember which Monarch was asked,
permission was granted to change the name after Lochmere had won the
competition for a number of years.   Aryanna
