I am originally from New Orleans.  It has been suggested to me that I attend
the Holiday Faire and prepare Beignets and coffee/hot chocolate.  Just like
we do at Cafe du Monde in the French Quarter 24/7.

Before I begin such a venture, I would like feed-back on the idea.

Would it be a good idea to serve Beignets and coffee/hot chocolate?

Please your input will be most helpful in deciding to serve this wonderful
fare.  [Beignets for the uniniated are deep-fried square pastries covered in
powdered sugar and wonderfully divine with a hot steaming cup of hot
chocolate (or cafe au' late).]
