[MR] Posting Attachments

Friends:

As a courtesy to others on the list, please do not post articles with 
attachments to the Merry Rose.  If you have a file you believe would be of 
interest to others, either post it to the web and direct others there by 
giving the appropriate URL, or ask people to contact you directly so that 
you may email it to them.

Besides being a bit discourteous, posting attachments also (I believe) runs 
contrary to the "rules" of this list.  Lord Kendrick Wayfarer is 
better-equipped to address that aspect of the issue than I.
