[MR] Red Cross Tourney

 Greetings from Bryce de Byram, OL!

At the College of Yarnvid’s Viking Thyng, we held a
Ribbon Tournament for the American Red Cross. I am
pleased to announce that because of the generosity of
the populace of the Barony we were able to donate
$105.00 to the Disaster Relief Fund for September
11th. Although this is a tiny amount in the grand
scheme of things, we know that every little bit helps.


Special thanks to Master Finnr, the autocrat, and
Baron Balynar who allowed us to hold this tourney at
the event. Thanks as well goes to Lady Morwenna of
Oakleigh and Lady Francesca Zancani (who assisted with
the Mol, and handing out the ribbons, etc,) as well as
the marshals, and other fine folk that helped out. A
special note of thanks goes out to Moira Rowan, who
made the red, white, and blue tokens for the
participants, as well as the tourney prize. 

This was a worthy event for a worthy cause. I was
honored to have been able to help, and humbled at the
generosity of my friends here in Atlantia.
