[MR] RE: the Stierbach Arrow

As one of the newest excellent archers from the Barony of Stierbach, I
would like to set the record straight.

First I would so like to thank the rascal from Windmaster's who is
stirring up trouble. ;-) It is unfortunate that
Windmaster's does not have any archers of note. They must feel awful
that they can't compete for this most
wondrous prize and for the honor of Atlantia. Perhaps they would like to
send a few of their young lords and ladies
up to our lands so that we may teach them the art of hitting what one
shoots at.

Second, there is no movement afoot to change the name of the "Lochmere
Arrow" to the "Stierbach Arrow." We would
not presume so much. If we are fortunate to remain strong of limb and
keen of sight, then perhaps when it is still in our possession
a few years, the Crown may see fit to return the name to its original -
The Atlantian Golden Arrow. Personally, I feel we have a
long way to go to fill the shoes of the former greats from Lochmere.
(Former only in that they have chosen not to compete of late).

Lastly, for those of you who have not seen the Lochmere Arrow for a long
time, I invite you to come and see it at Holiday Faire next
month. We will be having a great day of shooting to celebrate our
victory over the worthy competition from Highland Foorde and Roxbury
Mill. We will have many shoots, including a clout. So bring your bows,
your wits, your appetites, and most especially your wallets for a day of
fun.

k vasheem oosloogam (I am at your service),

Nikolai
