[MR] Baronies, Cantons and Shires

Last night at the Stierbach monthly baronial business meeting, our
seneschal noted that we still have some zip code errors that were noted
-last- time we had a polling, and a few new and entertaining ones.  There
is one poor zip code in Southern Black Diamond territory that according to
the zip code database is part of our barony, and a few zips in our
geographical territory that are assigned to completely different shires and
baronies.  Unfortunately, these kinds of things are rather hard to keep
track of...
