Unfortuneately, if you wanna be REALLY accurate, it will be hard, because
most areas in Atlantia don't exact follow county lines. At least in
Maryland, where zip codes span counties regularly, and we require breakup
via zipcode.
However, I've already done this for the Maryland & Northern Virgina area
(Including 'close' groups in AEthlemearc & East Kingdom) ...
