[MR] market day and tourney and fire ban

the entire state of south carolina is currently under a fire ban due to the
lengthy drought.

please keep that in mind if you are coming to "market day and tourney at
charlesbury crossing" this weekend.  anyone violating the ban is subject to
pretty stiff fines and arrest.  so bring whatever type of heating element
you want for your cabins if you think you will need them.
