[MR] University class proposal deadline

Good Gentles,

The next session of the University of Atlantia will be held in the Shire of
Berley Cort, Courtland, VA, on Feb. 2, 2002. We have a large number of
classrooms available, so I urge all who would teach to prepare class
proposals.

The deadline for my having complete proposals by email or USPS is *November
25*. Send proposals to university at atlantia.sca.org or to my address: Nancy
Davis, 118 Monticello Ave, Durham, NC 27707. (Please note that as I write
this, the on-line Regnum still has my predecessor listed as Chancellor, so
do not send proposals to him. My information is listed as Deputy.)

The proposal must include:
Class title
Teacher(s) including legal and SCA names
Class description (4-5 sentences maximum)
Length (number of one hour slots)
Class size limit, if any
Fee, if any, for materials and handouts
Contact information for teacher(s)-email preferred
Special space or equipment needs (we will try)
