[MR] NC Women's fighter practice reminder

For the last couple of years, several of us have gotten together to hold a
female fighter practice.  This is an opportunity for ladies who don't often
fight other ladies to get together, to fight, discuss techniques, etc.  Its
also a great chance for women who are interested in fighting but haven't done
so to come out and armor up in a low key, encouraging environment.  If you are
in the process of acquiring armor, its a chance to check out what armor styles
work for other ladies.

Men are welcome too!  In the past, we have had a number of gentlemen come out
and support the lady fighters by acting as coaches.  We hope the gentlemen will
turn out to support us again.

Non-fighters are welcome too!  Even if you aren't a heavy fighter but you want
to support us, feel free to come out to cheer us on and socialize.

Food: In the past we have made this a potluck (usually because its cold :-).
We are planning on having a potluck again this year.  Feel free to bring
something if you'd like, but don't feel obligated.  We usually make more than
enough anyway.

Below are the directions.  Lady Fiona MacLeod will be hosting this year (If you
don't know her, she is squired to Baron Duncan of Sacred Stone).  She lives
