[MR] Winter War College/Southern Regional War Practice

Greetings to the List,

The cold winter winds carry the sounds of the war drums to the fair
lands of Atlantia.  Another chance for Atlantia's fighters is at hand.
In a continuing series of War Colleges a winter War College will be held
in the Shire of Bordervale Keep (March 1-3) in preparation for Gulf
Wars.  All those attending Gulf Wars are highly encouraged to attend as
well as those who can't get enough fighting in.   I am at this time
looking for those who would be interested in teaching classes both
