Good Gentles,

This is the one week reminder before the deadline for class proposals for
the next University. Session 55 will be held Feb. 2 in Courtland, VA (Shire
of Berley Cort). Deadline for proposals in my hands (or email) is Nov 25.

Master Gregory has suggested that we might want to resurrect the Town Class
concept. These were all day hands-on classes on making/doing. If a one or
two hour class has seemed confining for your particular discipline, consider
a town class.

I have just received a query about a pewter casting class. No one has
offered to teach this in February. Just a gentle hint to the casting
experts.

Class proposals must include the following:
Class title
Instructor's SCA and legal names
How to contact instructors (email/phone)
Class description (30-40 words)
Class length (number of hours)
Class limit, if any
Fee for materials, if any
For martial class where weapons will be swung, rapier or heavy, please make
this clear so that MoL and marshals may be arranged
