Hello all! Your friendly neighborhood Gulf War
Liaison....
Mundane commitments have kept me from getting this out
sooner, but here we go.......

We are still looking to put together a FABULOUS
Atlantian encampment this year at the War.

An now, it starts!!! Here is the info that I need from
each person that is  planning on attending.

Mundane Name
SCA Name
Local Group Name
Date/Day of Arrival
Size of tent and is is mundane or a pavilion

If there is a group of you that would like to be
together, please have one person collect all the
information and make them my point of contact.  

Also, if you could tell me if you are combatant as a 
courtesy to their Majesties and Highnesses as well as
the Atlantian Warlord, His Grace, Duke Cuan , so that
they might be apprised as to the size of the Atlantian
Army, both heavy and light as well as archers.

I will be getting out more information as we get
closer, but as always, feel free to write me with
comments or questions.

I will be arriving on Sunday before the war starts and
should have everything plotted out by the time folks
start arriving.
