According to which calendar?  All Hallow's Eve, by definition, must fall the 
night before All Saint's Day, which is Nov. 1.  
Hallowe'en = All Hallow's Eve = All Hallowed Eve = All Saints Eve

Though it was celebrated at various parts of the year very early on, the Nov. 
1 date was set by Gregory III, who was pope from 731-741.
