[MR] 20 year Sapphire Joust Tourney

Greetings and Hallucinations one and all!

The Atlantian 20 year Celebration is but a short time away. We expect
this to be a rather large Sapphire tournement indeed, and where there is
lots 'o fighters, we need lots o' Marshals. So, for anyone who has the
ability, I would invoke the magic word...PLEASE...and ask for Marshals
for the Sapphire Joust tourney.
